Cookie Advantage began in 1998 by Duane & Kim Carns to fill a need in helping sales professionals and businesses stay connected to their customers.

Duane had been in sales for 30 years and had always given special things to his customers. Relationships are what keeps customers coming back. When you take the time to say Thank You to your customers with more than just a form email or letter, it speaks volume to them.

We knew from the beginning we were going to franchise the company. It’s important to us that our customers have local franchises to take care of shipping their gifts to their customers.
